Parkfield Homes Limited is a member of The Spurstow Group which specialises primarily in commercial property investment and development in North Wales.
The Group has recently taken the decision to expand into residential development and owns three sites allocated for residential development, one of which is a 13 acre site at Ty'n Coed, Llangefni, Anglesey now being developed to create 134 houses across five phases. Further projects currently within the ownership of The Group will follow.
The Spurstow Group also has extensive commercial investment property assets including industrial estates, a retail centre and other commercial and residential properties.
